'There Is No Real Security' -Former Anonymous Member 'Sabu' Warns

Former Anonymous Member 'Sabu' Warns U.S. Gov't On Critical Infrastructure
Former Anonymous member and LulzSec leader Hector Monsegur, also known as “Sabu,” recounted his 2012 arrest and issued a frank warning to the U.S. government in an interview with CBS co-host Charlie Rose on Tuesday.
Monsegur warned U.S. officials of cyber attacks and emphasized the ease with which hackers could take over the country's critical infrastructure.
“In all reality, there is no security,” he said. “The hackers will break right into the airport, the phone systems, obviously, the water supply systems (they'll) shut them down. It should be an inspiration to the American government to focus on our infrastructure.”
He bashed government contractors, too, saying, “Our security, the people we pay for that we hire with tax dollars are not really secure themselves."
After serving as an informant, Monsegur was sentenced to time served, or seven months, in May.
